Log in to your Materia+ account here. If you incorrectly type your username or password, you will see “Forgot your password?” and be prompted to reset. You must contact Materia+ to change your username (primary email of the account).
Key things to know before you start:
A username is always an email address. This is the email address you signed up for Materia+ with.
To change your Materia+ password, you must know the email address that you use as your Materia+ username. If you don't know your email, contact Materia+.
The account locks if you enter an incorrect username or password six or more times. You have to wait 12 minutes for your account to unlock.
To change a username:
To protect patient information and your account's security, our Service team must verify your authenticity before changing a username. Contact Materia+ here to change your username/email associated with the account.
To reset a password:
Click ‘Forgot your Password?’ and a “Reset Your Password” page appears;
Enter the email address associated with your Materia+ account and click Submit;
Materia+ will send you an email to reset your password. Follow the instructions in the email.
