Frequently Asked Questions
You can use Materia+ to find natural healthcare
providers who are highly rated by other patients.
These ratings are based on verified reviews
submitted by real patients. Every time a patient
completes two appointments booked through Materia+,
they're invited to submit their experience(review).
Each review must comply with Materia+'s
review guidelines.
Materia+ allows you to view real-time provider
availability. Many providers also offer Saturday and
Sunday appointments. For a quick overview, check
their Business Hours on their profile.
Materia+ is a free online service that helps
patients find natural, holistic, and individualized
healthcare providers and book appointments
instantly. You can search for providers by
symptom(s) or visit reason. Make sure to create an
account before booking.
You can see all provider availabilities during the
appointment booking process. If you need to schedule
an appointment outside of their available times for
a specific reason, please contact the provider
directly to arrange it.
Providers offering online video visits will have a
video appointment option when booking. However,
choose your provider based on location, expertise,
and resources first—whether they offer online visits
is secondary.
